Revitalization of the port crane 100 Ton. from Estaleiro Enseada do Paraguaçu
The following services were performed:
- Structural evaluation, Mechanical and Electrical crane with Technical Inspections, NDT testing, issuing ART CREA-RJ and the specific Reports.
- Removal of all electrical parts, motors and all the mechanical components damaged.
- Physical treatment of oxidized surfaces, applying primer Epoxy N-2680, as well as exchange of fine chaparias of engine rooms, ceilings, floors, stairs and making a new operating cab.
- Revitalization of the whole mechanical part exchanging the damaged components and revising others, such as the translation of Trucks, gearboxes, turning center, pulleys boxes, hoists, brakes, pipes, etc., with exchange of all cable steel crane and general lubrication.
- Modernization and revitalization of all electrical crane engines to work with frequency dividers.
- General reform of electrics and automation crane with specific electronics design, crafting new ones, modifying the drive by frequency inverters, mounting a Core Logic Programmable - CLP, placing inclinometer and anemometer, revision and modernization of the load cell, modification the command center in the cab joystick, all new wiring and general lighting.
- Crane painting, initially with physical cleansing, application of degreaser Pershy 445BGP, hydro blasting with high pressure 3,500 psi minimum jet correction with Epoxy primer N-2880 in the affected parts and the finish coat of acrylic polyurethane N-2677, all within PETROBRAS standards.
- Crane certification from the Certification International ABS with Technical Inspection, Load test, emission ART CREA-RJ and date book.
