This work consists of the Technical Monitoring made by an specialized Mechanical Engineer, monthly, in cargo lifting equipment, following the guidelines of the Regulating Rules NR-18 and NR-34 of the Conditions and Work Environment in the Industry of Naval Construction and Repair and the Handling and Transport of Materials and People in height, before the Inspecting organism.
It's made a review of existing Load Lifting Equipment in the Contract and or work, Verification of Data book of this equipment, Verification of Maintenance Plans, Verification of Conditions and Certifications of Cargo Surveying Accessories. After everything is OK and approved it is issued a Technical Responsibility Note ART at CREA for each equipment.
Each month is done a verification of the implementation of Maintenance Plans, technical problems in the operation and check the conditions of load lifting accessories. Any occurrences found are noted in a Book of Monitoring of Equipment, dated, signed and stamped by the Engineer in charge and will be issued after report to the head of the Contract and or work for appropriate action.
Equipment: port cranes, cranes with crawler, cranes with tires, fixed cranes, mobile cranes, gantry and overhead cranes.
Equipment of any capacity are eligible for this service.

The issue of ART (Technical Responsibility Note) is made for each device and the registration is done by CREA in the states of RJ, SP and RS.
