Revitalization of the overhead crane from Estaleiro Enseada do Paraguaçu
The following services were performed:
- Technical and Structural Evaluation with emission of ART CREA-RJ and specific reports.
- Withdrawal of all mechanical and electrical components of the bridge and the beginning of the surface treatment with physical cleaning and hydro blasting.
- Protection with Epoxy primer N-2680 and finish coat with acrylic polyurethane N-2677 within PETROBRAS standards.
- Modernization of electric motors, renovated all electrical part and automation, with specific project, with frequency inverters, new CPU, measurement of load cells, modification of controls, all wiring replaced and new buttonholes.
- Replacing All steel cables as well as review and spreader bar painting
- Bridge certification from the Certification International ABS with Technical Inspection, Load Testing, issuing ART CREA-RJ and Databook.
